Assos Clothing Provides the Right Coverage for the Serious Cyclist
Obviously, for most cyclists, getting the top specification, fastest and most expensive bike is their main priority in order to make them a better rider. However, when you start riding at a amateur, semi-professional or professional level, the clothing that you wear becomes more and more important. No matter how good your bike is and how naturally talented you are, the clothing that you choose can make a huge difference to the results of a race.
There are many different items of clothing to consider when choosing your optimum cycling outfit and they begin with what must be the most important, the helmet. Cycling helmets are without doubt the most crucial item of clothing you should be wearing when cycling. A helmet can be the difference between cuts and bruises when falling off your bike and a serious head injury! The best thing to do when choosing a helmet is to ensure it fits correctly, is comfortable to wear and from a reputable brand such as Giro. However, there are also helmets available which help with the aerodynamics of the cyclists and therefore can improve your time.
Next you need to choose which jersey and short combination you would like to wear. Here there is a huge variety of clothing variants available and it can be dependent on which type of cycling you take part in. For example if you are a triathlete, you would most likely opt for a trisuit as they are the most comfortable for swimming cycling and running. Most cyclists however, opt for a combination of short or long sleeved jerseys and cycling shorts.
Jerseys are perfect for cyclists as they allow the skin to breathe whilst keeping your body temperature constant. Baselayers can be worn underneath jerseys during the winter to help keep warmth in the body when the temperature is much colder outside. The best jerseys such as Assos jerseys also have pockets on the back for cyclists to store their personal belongings. They come in short and long sleeved versions so are suitable for both the summer and winter. Teams normally have their team colours and names printed on as a form of uniform.
Shorts, bibshorts, baggy shorts and undershorts are very much a matter of personal preference and usually require cyclists to test them all to find their preference. Many professional endurance cyclists opt for the padded shorts due to their comfort whilst riding on a saddle whereas sprint cyclists would usually go for the waist cycling shorts. The most important thing to consider is the quality of the material used for example Assos clothing is made from top quality material that will last and will not wear and tear easily.
The other things to consider would be trainers, cycling shoes, overshoes and protective pads. These again are all down to personal preference and it is dependant on what professional level you are riding on to determine what you chose in these categories.

i live in ontario and my boyfriend lives in michigan. Can i still get child support?
My boyfriend and I are no longer on good terms. I miss him dearly and have tried to communicate with him but he wont call back. I want him to be part of my daughters life She is only six weeks old so i know that visitation will be hard at first (if he decides to see her). Im not getting any type of steady or realiable financial assistance from him at this time. Instead he wanted me to make a list of items i need for the baby and he will buy them and bring them to me. At first i was okay about it, but then it got hard b/c he couldnt come over all the time and sometimes i needed something right away and would just buy it for the baby and not write it down so that he can pay me back. I hated this system and i also hate asking him all the time for things or money. He did give me money as long as i had the reciept and he never gives me extra. So i told him that i wanted money on a weekly basis so that i could just buy whatever i need fo rhte baby or save it up for later. He still refused. We cannot seem to agree on anything so we broke it off. Furthermore, after my daugheter was born, i noticed how he became different towards my other child (my son from previous marraige who is 7). He's not abusive or anything but no longer would spend any time with my son or have my son near the baby while he would have her. This bothered me alot and it also hurt my sons feelings. Before the bab was born, everything seemed fine and there were no issues. However, he was always cheap and i bought everything used and he would pay for half. I jsut didnt understand it b/c before i got pregnant, he bought me a camera, cycling clothes, shelves for my basement, would fix things in my apartment. He did pay for some of my maternity clothes during my pregnancy. Now all i hear from him is comments that im using him and that i jsut care about money. It hurts me alot. I dont want to file for child support but now with his attitude and lack of communication, im going to see a family lawyer here in Ontario. He lives in Michigan. We only live 45 minutes away from each other. Can i still get child support even though im in ontario and he is in michigan? He did sign the affadavit of my daughters birth stating he was the paternal father. I dont have a copy of it but i can get one if needed by the hospital. Luckily, he signed the papers b/c in the states there has to be proof of paternity. I have this already. I jsut want to know how it works with family law in my situation. Also, do i need an american lawyer or a canadian one?

What is wrong with my washing machine?
The water isn't draining away. When It's in a spin cycle, the water gushes out of the powder/liquid drawer. At the end of the cycle clothes are soaking wet and there is still water in the drum.
The waste pipe is clear and so is the drain.
Is it a pump or something that has broke inside ??????

Where can I find preschool sized cycling clothes?
Hello. My husband is an avid, and I do mean, avid, cyclist, having ridden on race teams or large groups since the age of about 10 (now in his early 40s). He absolutely adores everything to do with cycling and is extremely keen to ensure he has all the right equipment, gear, and clothing. This Christmas, he is most excited about the fact that our son, aged 3, will be receiving his first "Big Boy" bike. This is wonderful as the two of them will finally have something to do together that does not involve Mommy all the time. However, our son is also very keen to "be like Daddy" when he goes riding on his tricycle and I am absolutely certain will only want to get into "getting it right" even more with the new bicycle. As such I thoght it would be very nice if he was given a surprise of some Preschool sized cycle clothes for Christmas so that when he and Daddy go out "riding" they can both look the part. However, I have been unable to find any place that sells such clothing thus far. Does anyone know where I might find such items here in the U.K., either on-line or via phone order? I have come across one site that sells clothing for as young as 5 years but I suspect those items will still be far too big for our "newbie cyclist." Any suggestions are very welcomed.
