This all may sound like paranoia, but the bike looks to be something of a real deal -- a real steal, in laymen's terms. So I want there to be a fair playing field, without someone trying to sell me a... what's the word for a bad bike? A lemon? Heh. Electric Cycles has the law changed?
I have read some ones comments on a cycle forum saying electric bikes can now only have the pedal asist mode on them and not the twist & go throttle is this true? as i understood as long ast the motor did not make the bike exceed 15mph then it was ok!
