Next you need to choose which jersey and short combination you would like to wear. Here there is a huge variety of clothing variants available and it can be dependent on which type of cycling you take part in. For example if you are a triathlete, you would most likely opt for a trisuit as they are the most comfortable for swimming cycling and running. Most cyclists however, opt for a combination of short or long sleeved jerseys and cycling shorts.
Jerseys are perfect for cyclists as they allow the skin to breathe whilst keeping your body temperature constant. Baselayers can be worn underneath jerseys during the winter to help keep warmth in the body when the temperature is much colder outside.
