Should I see a doctor? My left thigh muscle is KILLING me! Pain is in front outer part of thigh and above knee
Took an Indoor Ride (Cycling) class on Tuesday, was really sore in both thigh muscles on Wed. Took a step class on Wed to try and "work my way through" the pain. Thursday pain increased but is focused in one leg more then the other. Inner part of thigh does not hurt just outer. Bending my knee makes the pain worse, straightening leg out completely hurts really bad. When I go to sit down or stand up (from a chair) the pain makes me want to cry. And lets not even get started on the stairs! Icey Hot patch is not really helping. Proping leg up makes the thigh and ankle (yah I know totaly off subject) feel numb. HELP!

Am I suffering from malnutrition?
I am 23.I am a student of a university.My weight is 49kg.Shape thin.I regularly ride cycle about 12km.My class hour 10:50am to 5pm.I have proper food habit.But the problem is all the time I feel very weak. Sleep normal and I masturbate 4-5 times per week.If i do not masturbate, the ductus deference inside testicle becomes swollen which cause pain. After masturbating it becomes normal again. I want to give up masturbating but i cant for this reason:( . Please help me..what can i do. Am i suffering from malnutrition? Or do i have need to giv up masturbating?
