what is the proper pedaling technique when standing up while on a bike trainer?
I just started doing cycling exercises using a bike trainer for about three weeks now. I'm using Spinerval training videos. I can't seem to pedal smoothly while standing unlike unlike when I'm seated. I'm sure there's something wrong with what I'm doing... any suggestions?
